We take pride in the quality of our BLACK-OUT premium acid-wash T-shirts. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Due to the acid-wash process, each T-shirt has a unique finish. Slight variations in color, texture, or wash pattern are intentional and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by improper handling.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
